The powers of incence in magickal work
Like the color of a candle has magickal properties, so too, does the scent of incence. And just as burning a candle releases the magick from the candle, like wise, burning of incence releases the magic with-in.

Inscence comes in several forms, stick, cone, or loose. Store bought incence is quick and easy and comes in a variety of scents. However if you have the means and access to the ingredients making our own incence will merge your esscence with the incence and make the effects that much stronger.

Incence can work alone, or can be used to increase the desired effect of a given spell or ritual.

Before burning the incence, just as with the candles, a simple blessing should be spoken over them.

Here again chanting a mantra for the desired effect, while burning the incence will increase the effect and chances of success.

And as with candle magick, this is another great way for the novice witch to experience the wonder of magick, as well as an often overlooked form of magick for the seasoned veteran of the Craft.

As with the color of candles, several of each of the following scents should be kept in your magickal cabinet at all times.

This section tells you what kind of incence is to be used in what type of ritual. If you have anything you would like to see added here, e-mail me the information and I'll add it.
